PASSPORT and VISA
Please check with Indonesian Embassy in your country whether visa is required to entry Indonesia. If yes, please inform us immediately so we can send you the invitation and visa application letter.

Participants from eight countries and two regions will NOT need visa at all: Brunei, Chile, Malaysia, Morocco, Peru, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong and Macao.

Facility of Visa on Arrival
As referred to in the Regulation of the Minister for Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. M.06-IZ.01.10 of 6 June 2006 concerning the seventh amendment of the regulation on the Visa on Arrival (VoA) facility, the list of nationalities entitled to receive the facility is as follows: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, China, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Laos, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar , Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Suriname, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA.

CLIMATE:

Jakarta is about 8 degree south of the equator. Temperature vary between 21 and 32⁰C (70 – 90⁰F); average temperature 26⁰C (78⁰F). It has also two season: Dry from May to November, with July being the coolest month; rainy from November to April, with January the wettest month. Humidity averages 75 % year round.

 
AUDIO VISUAL for SPEAKERS

In focus / LCD, Slide projector, Over Head Projector are available for plenary, symposia and free paper sessions. If you need Video / VCD / DVD player, please inform the committee one month prior to the congress.

 
EXHIBITION

The committee will organize an exhibition in conjunction with the congress, featuring the latest pharmaceutical, instrumentations and medical equipment for clinical management and research. Companies interested in participating in the exhibition may request for details from the congress secretariat.

 
LETTER OF INVITATION

The organizing committee will send a letter of invitation upon request. This invitation is intended to facilitate participants’ travel and visa arrangement and do not imply any commitment of financial or other support by the organizing committee.

Please include your name, address, and a note requesting a letter of invitation.

LIABILITY / DISCLAIMER

The Organizing Committee shall not be held liable for personal accidents, illness, losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the congress, during and after the event. Participant is financially responsible for any damage sustained to venue fittings, property or equipment. Participants should make their own arrangement with respect to personal insurance.

TRANSPORTATION / ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE

You will be arriving at Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng International Airport Jakarta. Karawaci – Tangerang is around 1 hour drive from the airport. Shuttle bus will be available to take you from airport to official hotels.

Organizing committee will provide shuttle buses from the recommended hotels to the venue every day during the conference. Participants is expected to notice the departure time of the shuttle bus in the each of the lobby recommended hotels.
