HOTEL RESERVATION

 Hotel assignment will be made on a “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS”. If a certain hotel have been booked out. The OC has the right to allocate in another hotel with a similar standard. Applications for hotel reservation should be made on the Hotel Reservation Form through the accomodation form.

 

Hotel confirmation letter will be issued after the full payment is received.

Room full payment deadline is 1st October 2008.

CANCELLATION OF HOTEL RESERVATION

  1. Written cancellation notice is required
  2. Cancellation must be received before1 August 2008
  3. No refund will be allowed thereafter
